Fairfield Inn & Suites San Jose Airport is seeking an early-morning Complimentary AM Attendant to greet guests, prepare breakfast items, and keep the dining area clean and stocked. You will handle requests with a positive attitude and maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout shifts.

The role emphasizes multitasking, strong communication, and teamwork to deliver a memorable morning experience for guests visiting San Jose.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in food & beverage or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong hospitality and guest-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and answer questions about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items while maintaining food safety and cleanliness.
• Keep service areas clean, stocked, and organized; refresh buffet stations.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests with calm, friendly solutions.
• Support dishwashing, restocking, and tidying duties as needed.
• Remain energized on your feet and manage materials up to 50 lbs.
