Atrium Hospitality's Portland Embassy Suites in Portland, OR is seeking a friendly team member to help serve breakfast and manage the evening reception, while keeping areas clean and guest-ready. You’ll greet guests warmly, answer questions, and support service areas as needed. No experience?

A great attitude and teamwork are welcomed. Flexibility for days, nights, weekends; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; certifications can be pursued within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, hotel, or guest services preferred.
• Food safety and alcohol awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set the stage for a great guest experience by preparing, presenting, and maintaining our complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception.
• Keep everything clean, stocked, and guest-ready—buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment.
• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and handle questions or concerns quickly and professionally.
• Support light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, or assisting bar/service areas as needed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe, clean environment for guests and team members.
• Monitor food quality, proper storage, and temperature standards throughout your shift.
• Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently.
• Communicate key updates during shift changes to keep everyone aligned.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies, and report any issues as needed.
