Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a part-time Breakfast Attendant in Oregon to prepare and serve the daily complimentary breakfast, greet guests, and ensure satisfaction.

You will set up and maintain the breakfast bar, manage inventory, prepare items, restock supplies, and assist guests with requests while upholding hotel standards and safety.

The role requires clear English communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs with reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Ability to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. on a continuous schedule.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast bar in an attractive, standardized and full-looking manner; keep area organized and clean and replenish depleted items.
• Take inventory of food and beverage and supplies; order or purchase items.
• Prepare various food items as needed.
• Set up serving dishes/trays, utensils, cups and other paper products.
• Clear and clean vacated tables.
• Wash equipment and return it to storage; return reusable food to storage.
• Respond to guest requests for breakfast items, hotel information, directions, and assistance.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
