Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking team-oriented staff for the San Marcos Embassy Suites to deliver a welcoming breakfast and/or evening reception experience. You will help keep the dining areas clean, stock service stations, and assist guests with questions while working as part of a supportive hospitality team.

No prior experience is required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Certifications in Food Safety or Alcohol Awareness are a plus, with a 60-day window to obtain

Qualifications

• No experience? No problem—great attitude and teamwork will be taught.
• Restaurant, customer service, or cashier experience preferred.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception to ensure a great guest experience.
• Keep buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment clean and stocked.
• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and address questions quickly.
• Assist with light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, or supporting bar/service areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards for a safe environment.
