Job summary

Island Hospitality Management is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to oversee the hotel’s breakfast service and ensure guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met. You will represent the hotel with a focus on delivering excellent service and high standards.

The role may require flexible scheduling availability and a commitment to maintaining a clean, well-organized dining area while supporting guests and vendors throughout service hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up breakfast service before mealtime and break down afterward.
• Keep breakfast area well-stocked and clean at all times.
• Clear cutlery and crockery from tables and reset as needed.
• Receive beverage orders and coordinate with kitchen staff.
• Provide information and assistance to guests and vendors.
• Maintain high safety and cleanliness standards throughout service.
