Qualifications

• 2-4 years of food service experience.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for the service ahead.
• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant.
• Guide guests on menu with descriptive selling.
• Accurately take orders and confirm special requests.
• Know the menu details to enhance conversation.
• Collaborate with other servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Assist guests to a resolution for concerns.
• Present bills in a timely and accurate manner.
