The Big Biscuit in Wichita, KS is seeking a part-time expo/restaurant support team member for a daytime schedule. Shifts run from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, with weekends and holidays busiest. Responsibilities

Deliver food promptly and accurately to the correct tables.
Verify that plates match ticket items, modifications, and presentation standards.
Assist expo with organizing plates, garnishing items, and preparing trays.
Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow.
Run condiments, sides, and extra items as needed.
Help refill beverages and check on guest needs when appropriate.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line, window, and service stations.
Support bussers and servers by helping reset tables during peak times.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
Provide friendly, helpful interactions with guests when delivering food.
