Job summary

The Big Biscuit is seeking friendly, fast-paced team members for a breakfast and lunch dining room role in Kansas. You will deliver food promptly, confirm orders, assist expo with plating, and communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction.

Hours are daytime, 6:30 am to 2:30 pm; weekends and holidays required to meet busy periods. This position is great for part-time work or a second job, with pay of $5.00 per hour plus tips, reflecting a customer-first

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fast-paced dining is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Strong guest-service orientation and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food promptly and accurately to the correct tables.
• Verify plates match tickets, mods, and presentation standards.
• Assist expo with organizing plates, garnishes, and trays.
• Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Run condiments, sides, and extra items as needed.
• Help refill beverages and respond to guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo line and service stations.
• Support bussers and servers during peak times.
• Provide friendly interactions with guests when delivering food.
