Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of daily house count, in-house groups, and hotel features.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work to improve departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Greet and acknowledge arriving guests.
• Anticipate guests' needs and assist to ensure a pleasant experience.
• Promote and educate guests on all breakfast options per brand standards.
