Job summary

Harmony Hospitality Inc. seeks a Breakfast Attendant to warmly greet guests and manage the daily breakfast service in a Hampton-style setting. You will set up the buffet, prepare coffee, fruit, and juices, and ensure the dining area remains clean and inviting throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include restocking supplies, maintaining brand standards, and assisting with closing duties to prepare for the next day, all while delivering friendly, attentive service to every guest.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve daily breakfast buffet and greet guests.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast bar according to brand standards.
• Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, coffee and juices.
• Restock plates, utensils, cups and other supplies throughout breakfast hours.
• Keep breakfast area clean, including counters, cabinets and floors.
• Wash serving equipment and return to storage; secure reusable supplies.
• Assist with closing duties and prepare for the next day.

## DescriptionThe Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing and serving daily breakfast buffet,greeting each guest and ensuring the guests’ are comfortable and 100% satisfied.•Providing personalized service to all guests with “Hamptonality”•Setting up and maintaining the breakfast bar as required by brand standards by preparing and setting up hot food buffet.•Preparing foods such as fresh fruit, coffee and juices.•Setting up and keeping stocked supplies of plates and eating utensils, cups and other paper products.•Keeping breakfast area clean including removing trash, cleaning breakfast area and kitchen counters, cabinets and floors•Restocking items consistently throughout the breakfast hours and preparing for the next day.•Washing serving equipment and returning to storage at the end of the shift.•Returning reusable food supplies to storage.•Other and all duties, projects, and tasks as assigned by manager.Required Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Additionally, the requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skills and or ability required.•Has a sincere desire to exceed guest expectations•Ability to work well under pressure•Flexibility in their scheduling•Excellent attention to detail•Must be able to work weekends and holiday
