Job summary

Las Vegas area restaurant team member sought to deliver memorable dining experiences. You will greet guests, explain the menu, and guide them through an exceptional hospitality journey. You’ll take orders for beverages, upsell, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining a clean, efficient work area and handling the POS system accurately.

Training on espresso preparation is available. The role requires 21+ age, health-safety certifications, and prior high-volume restaurant exposure.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain a Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card and Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card.
• Prefer one to three (1-3) years of experience in a high volume restaurant.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
• Must be willing to train on espresso machine.
• Must be willing to help out all fellow team members.
• Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift.
• Must have extensive menu knowledge and hospitality-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests warmly and explain the concept of the menu.
• Provide direct service by taking orders for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Deliver all guest requests in a timely fashion and maintain the table.
• Input orders into the POS system accurately and perform opening/closing side work.
• Assist with coffee service and be willing to train on espresso machine.
• Maintain compliance with health codes at all times and upsell when appropriate.
