Job summary

Embassy Suites Las Vegas is seeking a Breakfast Busser to warmly greet guests in the concierge lounge, assist with reservations, and promote hotel amenities. You will partner with hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Responsibilities include keeping the concierge lounge tidy, managing the kitchenette, and supporting staff to deliver a smooth guest experience. Strong communication and proactive service are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proven customer service skills; resourceful and creative.
• Ability to maintain staff and guest confidentiality at all times.
• Focus and maintain attention to tasks; complete work on time despite interruptions.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in the concierge lounge within 2 minutes of arrival.
• Act as liaison between guests and hotel departments by making reservations and following up on special requests.
• Maintain an information file on hotel and local services; suggestively sell hotel amenities.
• Clean Concierge lounge during the shift by tidying the kitchenette, floors, furniture and surfaces.
