Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Breakfast Server for the Wisconsin Room. This on-site, casual part-time role covers weekends and weekdays with hours from 6:30am to 12:00pm. Competitive take-home with tips, plus a $500 sign-on bonus and benefits package.

The role requires 18+ years of age, prior serving experience, and ability to obtain a Learn 2 Serve Certificate on hire. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Qualifications

SpecificResponsibilities

• Providing qualityfood and beverage service in accordance to standards
• Receiving guests’food and beverage orders, utilizing suggestive selling techniques
• Ensuringappearance of food and beverages being served are within standards
• Following properfood and liquor handling procedures
• Maintainingcomplete working knowledge of restaurant layout, proper serving etiquetteand guest relationexpectations,guest check procedures,correctmaintenance and use of all equipment, department and resortofferings, all company policies and procedures, and safety practices.

This is a casual part-time position working weekends and weekdays. Hours range from 6:30am-12:00pm.

Skills/Requirements

• We are looking foran applicant who is at least18 years of age
• Must have previousServing experience
• Abilitytoobtain their Learn 2 Serve Certificate upon hire required

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly range for this position is $5.35 - $8.05 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
