Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a part-time Host to join our onsite team in Kohler, WI. You will greet guests, escort them to tables, and assist servers while ensuring clean front-of-house areas.

Shifts run weekday and weekend evenings (4:30pm–11:00pm). Applicants must be 18+, able to obtain a Bartender's license for orders at tableside, and have prior restaurant experience. We offer a competitive wage with tips and a comprehensive benefits package.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting guests promptly and proactively with a warm welcome
• Courteously escorting guests to tables
• Assisting servers and bus people when necessary
• Ensuring cleanliness throughout the front-of-house and restroom areas

This part-time position will require weekday & weekend availability. Shifts will vary between 4:30pm - 11:00pm.

Skills/Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Ability to obtain Bartender's License to assist in alcohol orders tableside.
• Prior restaurant experience required
• Host experience in a fast-paced restaurant preferred
• We are looking for a candidate who is energetic and willing to learn
  Organization and previous customer services skills are helpful

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly range for this position is $8.60 - $12.90 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
