Job summary

Crystal Mountain is seeking a Breakfast Server to join our Food and Beverage team. You will provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for guests, with duties including recommending menu items and delivering orders in a timely manner. The schedule includes evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience as a server is a plus; TIPS/TAMS certification may be obtained after employment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
TIPS/TAMS certification may be obtained after employment.
Previous server experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Make beverage, appetizer, entrée, and dessert recommendations to resort guests.
Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in an accurate and timely manner.
Pre-bus tables between each course.
Perform side work during each shift as required by service station assignment.
Complete opening and closing checklists.
Maintain clean and stocked service and dining areas.
Monitor, observe and check on guests during dining experience.
Ensure we have exceeded our guest’s experience in our food and service.
Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
Attend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement.
Other duties as assigned.
