• Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events.
• Make decisions and solve problems to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
• Monitor the operation of the F&B outlet and assist the manager in resolving guest issues.
• Keep a clean and organized workspace.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Engage with guests to understand and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
