Job summary

McMenamins Olympic Club in Washington is hiring a Breakfast Line Cook to manage opening to closing duties in a fast-paced kitchen. You will manufacture and present hot and cold dishes, including salads, sandwiches, pastas, pizzas, and weekly specials, while keeping the station clean and safe.

Candidates should have cooking experience and a current food handlers card; Thursday through Sunday availability until 3pm is required.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and presentation of all hot & cold food products.
• Prepare salads, sandwiches, pastas, appetizers, pizzas, and weekly specials.
• Keep work area organized and clean; multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Report safety concerns to Management and stay current on company events and products.
