Valor Hospitality Partners is seeking a kitchen prep cook to support hotel dining operations and guest services. You will prepare pantry and fry station items for daily service while upholding high quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or experience in food/beverage service.
• Culinary certificate or degree preferred.
• 3–6 months in a food/beverage environment.
• Knowledge of operating industrial ovens and ranges.
• Able to read, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production standards.
• Start items prepared ahead of time without overproducing.
• Assemble orders accurately from multiple items.
• Rotate perishable items and maintain proper temperatures.
• Check pars, prep, and line setup for shifts.
• Note out-of-stock items and shortages.
• Keep buffet stocked and assist with waste control.
• Return unused items to storage and date perishables.
