Job summary

SpringHill Suites by Marriott, proudly managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality, is hiring a Breakfast Host to join our hospitality team.

You will prepare, set up, maintain and break down the breakfast buffet, keep the dining area clean and stocked, and support inventory and sanitation efforts while delivering friendly, attentive guest service.

Flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and holidays is required as part of a team that values service, cleanliness, and community.

Qualifications

• Friendly, detail-oriented, and committed to food safety, cleanliness, and outstanding customer service.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are important.
• Ability to obtain any government-required or brand-required permits, licenses, or certificates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, maintain and break down the breakfast buffet.
• Keep dining area clean, organized, and fully stocked during service.
• Support inventory management, minimize waste, and maintain equipment and sanitation standards.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere reflecting high hospitality standards.
