SpringHill Suites by Marriott, proudly managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality, is hiring a Breakfast Host to join our hospitality team.

You will prepare, set up, maintain and break down the breakfast buffet, keep the dining area clean and stocked, and support inventory and sanitation efforts while delivering friendly, attentive guest service.

Flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and holidays is required as part of a team that values service, cleanliness, and community.

Summary:

This position is responsible for preparing, setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the breakfast buffet while ensuring the dining area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and committed to food safety, cleanliness, and outstanding customer service. This position also supports inventory management, minimizes waste, maintains equipment and sanitation standards, and helps create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the hotel's commitment to quality hospitality.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are important, along with the ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to obtain any government-required or brand-required permits, licenses, or certificates. Up to 40 hours per week with varied and flexible shifts/days, likely to include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. Must be able to work weekends 06:00a - 12:30p, weekdays 5:30am-11:30am.
