Job summary

Springhill Suites by Marriott Roanoke is seeking a friendly Breakfast Attendant to greet guests, prepare and serve the daily breakfast, and maintain a welcoming dining area. You will manage inventory, assist with ordering supplies, and ensure guests start their day with a high level of service.

The ideal candidate has prior food service experience, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to meet daily timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food service role in a hotel or restaurant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast area with an attractive, plentiful, clean and standardized presentation.
• Take inventory of food, beverages and supplies for each day.
• Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices; stock machines.
• Set up serving dishes, utensils, cups and paper products.
• Ensure breakfast and dining areas are clean and welcoming for guests.
