Job summary

BryantCorp is seeking a Breakfast Host to support our hotel operations with an early-morning breakfast service. The role includes preparing and presenting a fresh, inviting breakfast, greeting guests, and delivering superior service starting at 5 am.

The Breakfast Host assists the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to achieve company goals and maintain exceptional guest experiences while upholding BryantCorp's standards across hospitality spaces.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, followthrough, courtesy, cooperativeness, and work with a minimum of supervision.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation is preferred
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests promptly and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional image through appearance, dress, and attitude.
• Able to multi-task & prioritize.
• Stock breakfast foods and silverware for buffets.
• Clear tables during the complimentary breakfast period.
• Ensure tableware is in good working condition and report defects for repair.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
• Clean all dishes during the breakfast period and after it concludes.
• Provide exemplary guest service by making every guest satisfied.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Assistant General Manager and General Manager

POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:

The Breakfast Host works to support BryantCorp's vision of building better communities through beautiful spaces. The Breakfast Host assists the hotel General Manager, and Assistant General Manager to accomplish the goals of the company.

The Breakfast Host position is an early morning position, beginning at 5 am. The Breakfast Host is responsible for preparing and serving a fresh and inviting presentation of the daily complimentary breakfast, giving a friendly greeting to each guest at breakfast, and providing superior service to all guests.

PRINCIPLE JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
