Job summary

Drury Hotels in Nashville is looking for a friendly Breakfast Attendant to help start guests' mornings with a warm, delicious breakfast experience. You will prepare, serve, and tidy breakfast items, ensuring a clean, welcoming lobby and dining area, and assist with inventory and supply levels.

In this role you will collaborate with a small team to deliver consistent, high-quality service, adhere to safety standards, and greet guests with a positive, can-do attitude that reflects our commitment

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
• Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and breakfast hours.
• Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests and creating a happy, comfortable atmosphere.
• Ability to speak and receive direction in English

Responsibilities

• Prepare, serve, and clean up our free hot breakfasts.
• Create a warm, comfortable, relaxing environment.
• Ensure food safety standards are met and inventory and supplies are maintained.
• Keep breakfast and lobby area clean and well organized.
• Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
