Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Breakfast Attendant in Nashville, TN to ensure fast, friendly service and clean, well-stocked breakfast areas. You will assist with food preparation, maintain area cleanliness, and operate the POS system when needed.

The role emphasizes guest-focused service, adherence to safety standards, and teamwork to support hotel operations during breakfast hours and social events.

Qualifications

• Must complete Service Training Manual and be certified/validated within 30 days of department orientation.
• Must pass certification quiz/test for position.
• Must have TIPS Certification and Serve Safe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times and anticipate guest needs.
• Follow safe food handling practices.
• Operate the point-of-sale system/Micros when applicable.
• Maintain breakfast area cleanliness and replenishment during service.
• Assist kitchen staff with buffet setup and breakdown as needed.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to management.
