Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to join our Nashville team. You will prepare breakfast, restock buffet areas, serve guests, and ensure quick, friendly service while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Role requires completing the Service Training Manual within 30 days, and possessing TIPS and Serve Safe certifications. Prior experience with grill equipment is a plus; this is a full-time, on-site position in Nashville.

Qualifications

• Must complete Service Training Manual and be certified/validated within 30 days of department orientation.
• Must pass certification quiz/test for the position.
• Must have TIPS Certification and Serve Safe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times and uphold brand standards.
• Follow safe food handling practices and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Prepare breakfast, stock and replenish as needed, and assist in setup/breakdown of buffet.
• Operate kitchen appliances and equipment properly and assist in room service as needed.
• Handle cash and POS operations according to hotel procedures and policies.
