As a Breakfast Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patrons begin their day with a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items such as eggs, pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausage, toast, and specialty breakfast dishes, ensuring high quality and presentation standards.
• Follow recipes and adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines.
• Ensure breakfast stations are fully stocked and prepped before service begins.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan and prepare daily breakfast specials.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including regular cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredient usage and reporting shortages.
• Provide exceptional customer service by accommodating special dietary requests and communicating any potential food allergens.
