Paloma Resorts is seeking a Breakfast Cook at Destination Geneva National to prepare and deliver exceptional breakfast offerings for both the Member Tap and turf areas. You will work in a busy hotel resort kitchen, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and portion control.

The role requires collaboration with culinary teams to maintain consistency across dishes, adherence to food safety guidelines, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of breakfast dishes (e.g., breakfast tacos, croissant sandwiches, pancakes, oatmeal, bacon, smoothies) per established recipes and presentation standards.
• Coordinate with the restaurant team to efficiently execute breakfast service and meet guest expectations.
• Utilize proper cooking techniques to achieve optimal flavor, texture, and presentation of breakfast items.
• Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and plating for timely delivery of breakfast orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Follow HACCP and local health regulations to ensure a safe and clean kitchen environment.
