Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen operations, food preparation, and multi-outlet cooking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast menu items across dining room, banquets, and cafeteria service areas.
• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation of all menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of workstations and kitchen areas.
• Assist with daily production and station setup for service periods.
• Follow FIFO and proper storage practices; assist with inventory and waste reduction.
