Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or equivalent; culinary schooling or relevant experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in hospitality or restaurant breakfast service.
• Strong cooking techniques, recipe execution, and kitchen workflow.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items per standard recipes and Exec Chef guidance.
• Support food production across dining, banquets, and cafeteria areas.
• Ensure consistent taste, portions, and presentation.
• Assist with daily production and station setup for service periods.
• Follow FIFO and proper storage, inspect refrigeration and dry storage.
• Assist with inventory tracking, requisitions, and waste minimization.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment.
• Report equipment issues and safety hazards promptly.
• Collaborate with culinary and stewarding teams for smooth operations.
• Communicate production needs and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Assist with training and support kitchen efficiency; handle dishwashing as needed.
