Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Breakfast Cook for the Great Karoo Breakfast Buffet. You will assist the Chef in preparing and completing breakfast items, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• One year of progressive culinary experience or as a culinary graduate is preferred.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of equipment used in the kitchen and food preparation.
• Must be able to communicate, read, write, and speak English effectively.

Responsabilités

• Assist the restaurant Chef in the preparation and completion of breakfast items for the Great Karoo Buffet.
• Follow facility recipes, portioning, cooking, timing, serving and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe operation of equipment and kitchen areas.
