Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Cook for our Banquets Team in Ohio. The role involves basic food preparation, learning proper use of kitchen equipment, and helping maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen under supervision of senior staff.

As part of our team, you’ll embody Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a stationary position for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Must be able to work and be flexible with all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must possess the ability to access all areas of the kitchen and move around the facility.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detail.

I n this role,your responsibilities will include basic food preparation while using and learning proper use of kitchen equipment. Additionally, assist in maintaining the company standard of cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen. A Cook works under the supervision of high-level cooks and kitchen management.
