Job summary

Margaritaville Lake Resort Lake Conroe in Montgomery, TX is seeking an experienced Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team at License to Chill. This position prepares breakfast dishes to standard recipes, maintaining speed, cleanliness and safety in a high-volume resort kitchen.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of breakfast cooking experience, excels in egg cookery, and can operate multiple stations (egg, flat top, pancake/waffle).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent breakfast cooking experience in a full-service restaurant, hotel, resort, country club, or high-volume breakfast operation.
• Strong experience preparing eggs to order.
• Experience working breakfast sauté and grill.
• Experience preparing high-volume breakfast service.
• Ability to work multiple stations.
• Experience following standardized recipes.
• Basic computer and kitchen communication skills.

Responsibilities
