Highgate Hotels in Las Vegas is seeking a Club Floor Attendant to ensure the highest level of guest service while maintaining breakfast area cleanliness and proper buffet setup.

The role requires attentiveness, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask and stand for long hours. A High School diploma or equivalent and hospitality experience are preferred; full-time benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with guests and colleagues.
• Able to stand for the entire shift and lift/move objects as needed.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize duties to meet deadlines.
• Attend required hotel meetings and trainings; maintain professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down breakfast buffet according to standards.
• Keep breakfast areas and tables clean and presentable at all times.
• Provide attentive, friendly guest service and resolve guest requests promptly.
• Assist fellow employees and maintain overall guest satisfaction.
