Highgate Hotels in Exton, PA is seeking a Club Floor Attendant to deliver the highest quality guest service while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout operating hours. You will set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, keep tables clean, assist guests and teammates, and follow property standards.

A High School diploma or equivalent and hotel or related field experience are preferred; full-time position with strong benefits.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Must be able to stand during entire shift.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provide attentive, friendly, and courteous guest service at all times.
• Keep work areas clean and properly stocked for the meal period.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet and arrange tables per standards.
• Assist guests and team members and resolve requests promptly.
• Complete opening and closing duties and follow side-work checklists.
• Maintain overall guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards.
