Job summary

Chef Results Limited in a Suffolk seaside property is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join the kitchen team. The restaurant offers a seasonal menu with fresh ingredients, served at breakfast with buffet and à la carte options, and a busy wedding and conference backdrop.

You will work straight shifts, five days a week on a rota, with accommodation available and meals on duty. A minimum of 2 years in a similar role and Level 2 Food Safety certificate are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar breakfast chef role.
• Minimum Level 2 Food Safety Certificate.
• Experience with fresh ingredients and busy service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast dishes using fresh ingredients.
• Work on straight shifts, five days a week on a rota.
• Serve buffet and à la carte breakfast, replenish dishes as needed.
