Fairfield Inn & Suites Phoenix Midtown is seeking a breakfast attendant to ensure a welcoming dining experience. You will set up the buffet each morning, keep items stocked, and break down the service area at the end of the shift.

Qualifications

• Food handler card is required.
• Strong guest-first service mindset with exceptional customer service.

• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables during breakfast using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware in a timely manner.
• Ensure setup is complete each morning for the breakfast buffet and fresh foods are always available during the service hours.
• Wipe down service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment according to health and safety regulations.
• Take orders, and deliver food and drinks to guests while they are in the dining area.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
