Job summary

PEG Companies, Inc. is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to prepare breakfast items for the buffet, heat and plate packaged items, and replenish self-serve stations. You will follow brand guidelines and ensure the breakfast area stays neat, clean, and inviting for guests.

The role requires greeting guests warmly, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting inventory and service during busy periods. Flexibility for varied shifts and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Food handler’s permit is required.
• Experience as a server in a restaurant, café, or hotel preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly, warmly, and courteously.
• Prepare and replenish buffet items as per recipes and brand standards.
• Restock condiment areas and maintain cleanliness.
• Serve, plate, and present food offerings.
• Assist with inventory counts and ordering.
• Keep dining areas and service stations clean and organized.
• Follow sanitation and food safety protocols at all times.
• Operate POS system for orders and payments when needed.
• Report maintenance issues or equipment problems promptly.
• Handle breaks and cleanup pre- and post-shift duties.
