Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge guests as they arrive.
• Stock breakfast items and ensure availability during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all surfaces and equipment.
• Keep breakfast bar stocked with paper supplies.
• Assist in cleaning public areas and tables.
• Report unsafe equipment or low supplies to supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear.
• Check fridges daily and maintain proper temperatures.
• Clean equipment and store properly.
• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties.
• Interact with guests with a warm, friendly demeanor.
