Job summary

Lodgco is seeking a Breakfast Host for the Residence Inn Midland to ensure a high-quality breakfast experience. You will be responsible for setup, serving, maintenance, teardown, and cleanup of the breakfast bar, while welcoming guests with a friendly greeting.

On-site role with variable hours, including nights and weekends. You will uphold QA and Health Department standards, rotate food, manage inventory levels, and keep the kitchen and dining area clean.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus
• Satisfactory criminal background screening required

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality standards of the breakfast bar during breakfast hours
• Ensure food quality and quantity are correct
• Keep a neat and orderly kitchen: wash, dry, and put away dishes, sweep and mop floors, vacuum rugs, clean countertops, empty trash, clean cupboards, drawers, and refrigerators/freezers
• Rotate food
• Maintain proper inventory levels
• Daily teardown of breakfast bar
• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction
• Greet each guest with a smile and greeting
• Follow QA and Health department standards
