Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to prepare the breakfast bar and greet guests with friendly, brand-aligned service. You will set up displays, maintain cleanliness, monitor food safety, and help guests locate items.

This role requires standing for extended periods; a high school diploma is preferred and a food sanitation certification is required within 90 days of employment. Growth opportunities exist within the HHM hospitality team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food sanitation certification required within 90 days of employment.
• Previous food and beverage experience preferred or related training.

Responsibilities

• Carry food, dishes, trays, or silverware from pantry to serving counters.
• Set up attractive food displays and maintain cleanliness to ensure food safety.
• Wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths.
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry items to kitchens for cleaning.
• Clean up spills and remove trash; maintain supplies of glassware and trays.
• Fill beverage and ice dispensers; restock condiments as needed.
• Locate and provide items requested by guests.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and follow EarthView sustainability guidelines.
