Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to prepare and present the breakfast bar, greet guests, and ensure a friendly, sustainable service experience aligned with our EarthView program.

You will set up displays, maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and assist guests with requests while contributing to high guest satisfaction scores. This role requires standing for extended periods and a commitment to safety and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food sanitation certification required within 90 days of employment.
• Previous food and beverage experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Transport food, dishes, and tableware from pantry to serving counters.
• Set up attractive food displays and maintain food safety.
• Wipe tables and seating areas with dampened cloths.
• Clear and transport dirty dishes to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Clean up spills and remove trash promptly.
• Maintain supplies of glassware, dishes, and trays.
• Fill beverage and ice dispensers.
• Stock condiments and refill containers.
• Locate and provide items requested by guests.
• Clean and polish counters, shelves, and equipment in the pantry.
• Aim to increase guest satisfaction scores.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required equipment.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
