Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to prepare the breakfast bar, greet guests, and provide friendly service in our hotel setting. You will ensure clean, attractive displays, stock serving areas, and assist guests with requests while following HHM EarthView sustainability guidelines.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; food sanitation certification within 90 days is preferred or required after employment. Prior food & beverage experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Food sanitation certification required within 90 days of employment.
• Food and beverage experience preferred or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Carry food, dishes, trays, or silverware from pantry to serving counters.
• Set up attractive food displays and maintain cleanliness to ensure food safety.
• Wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths.
• Stock cabinets or serving areas with condiments and refill condiment containers.
• Locate and provide items requested by guests.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and EarthView program.
