Job summary

HHM Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to prepare the breakfast bar for hotel guests and greet them with friendly service consistent with our brand. You will set up displays, maintain cleanliness and assist guests with requests to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities include stocking, cleaning, restocking condiments, and following EarthView sustainability guidelines. The role can require standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food sanitation certification a plus and required within 90 days of employment.
• Previous food and beverage experience preferred or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Carry food, dishes, trays, or silverware from pantry to serving counters.
• Set up attractive food displays and maintain cleanliness to ensure food safety.
• Wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths.
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
• Clean up spilled food, drink or broken dishes and remove trash.
• Maintain adequate supplies of items such as clean glassware, dishes, or trays.
