Job Overview

The Hospitality Attendant is responsible for setting up, clearing, and maintaining cleanliness in the hospitality area in compliance with policies, procedures, brand standards, and regulations. As a Hospitality Attendant, you play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to patrons.

What You'll Be Doing

• Set up the hospitality area before service, arranging tables and chairs, and ensuring proper table settings.
• Greet guests and serve food and beverages following policies, procedures, brand standards, alcohol awareness, and regulations.
• Complete assigned side work and cleaning duties in the hospitality area.
• Maintain a clean and organized hospitality area by clearing and resetting tables for new guests.
• Assist with all aspects of service as requested.

Skills And Abilities

• High School diploma.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Working Conditions & Physical Effort

Physical work is a primary part of many hotel and resort jobs. Requirements include extended standing and walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Some work is performed indoors with equipment and machines.
