Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Houghton is looking for a friendly Breakfast Attendant to keep the breakfast area clean, well stocked, and inviting for guests. You will provide courteous service, set up according to brand standards, and ensure safety and sanitation throughout your shift.

In this role you will replenish items, maintain equipment, assist guests with area information, and uphold all health department guidelines.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certificate is a plus.
• Provides friendly, courteous guest service and handles diverse situations.
• Ability to set up breakfast according to brand policies and health standards.
• Maintains clean, organized breakfast and dining areas.
• Manages supplies and inventory with FIFO.
• Safely operates cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Plans for upcoming week and ensures product quality.
• Proactively maintains breakfast area equipment and hotel facilities.
• Knowledge of hotel services and local area to assist guests.
• Adheres to safety procedures and hotel policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Reports to Supervisor or Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Know hotel services and local area to assist guests.
• Follow safety procedures and policies.
