Hampton Inn & SuitesDupont, WA is seeking a Hotel Breakfast Attendant to ensure a welcoming start to guests' days. You will set up and maintain the breakfast area, prepare items per safety standards, and assist guests with inquiries while keeping the area tidy and inviting.

The role requires standing for long periods, physical stamina, and availability for early shifts, including weekends and holidays. Training on food safety and local health regulations will be provided.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food handling and safety procedures as required by local regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry supplies.
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
• Availability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to obtain a Washington State Food Handlers Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area, ensuring items are fresh and replenished as needed.
• Adhere to food handling and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Welcome guests, answer questions, and assist with special requests at breakfast time.
• Clean and sanitize breakfast service areas, utensils, and equipment before, during, and after service.
• Monitor breakfast supplies and coordinate with management to reorder stock as necessary.
