Job summary

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Able to lift up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in set-up and closing of breakfast using checklists.
• Prepare food and replenish as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies.
• Complete daily inventory prep sheet.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and kitchen.
• Clear and clean tables; assist guests as needed.
• Wash dishes and serving utensils as needed.
• Collect trash and transport to disposal area.
• Check fixtures and equipment and report deficiencies.
