Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Bothell, WA is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to deliver friendly guest service in the hotel's breakfast area. You will maintain cleanliness, stock, and station setup while ensuring quick, accurate service for guests.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing table settings, assisting beverage service, and supporting kitchen and hotel operations as needed. This role requires a positive attitude and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel experience preferred
• Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to obtain Food Handlers card as required by city/county/state
• Ability to communicate professionally with guests and team members
• Basic math ability for cash handling and tallying orders

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a courteous, timely manner
• Maintain a neat, clean breakfast area and service stations
• Record and handle guest orders and requests at the breakfast service area
• Assist with food and beverage preparation and service as needed
• Restock and organize supplies, dishes, and utensils
• Support other hotel departments as needed during shifts
• Answer questions about hotel amenities and local area attractions
• Perform opening/closing duties and side work during assigned shift
• Respect hotel standards and maintain food safety practices
