Job summary

Island Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a Breakfast Attendant/Banquet Server for our San Diego hotels. You will prepare and serve breakfast items, replenish stations, and support banquet service to ensure guest satisfaction and high product quality standards.

Requirements include flexible scheduling, standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering friendly, proactive guest service across breakfast and event setups.

Qualifications

• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Cook and assemble the breakfast service before mealtime and disassemble thereafter.
• Ensure breakfast items are replenished and available to guests during breakfast hours.
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area and equipment during and after service.
• Wash dishes, clean kitchen and maintain daily temp logs.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
