Job summary

Shamin Hotels is hiring a Breakfast Attendant to join the Food and Beverage department. The role involves assembling and disassembling breakfast buffets, stocking the buffet, and assisting guests with orders in line with brand standards.

You will help with inventory, prep of fruits, coffee, juices, pastries, and hot items, while clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness during breakfast hours. This is a part-time, on-site position with hourly pay.

Responsibilities

• Providing personalized service to all guests
• Setting up and maintaining the breakfast bar as required by brand standards
• Taking inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day
• Preparing foods such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices from concentration
• Setting out/arranging cold food, such as pastries, cereals, etc.
• Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated
• Preparing and setting up hot food items
• Restocking items consistently throughout breakfast hours and for the next day
• Washing serving equipment and returning to storage
• Other and all duties, projects, and tasks assigned by management

Position Overview

Breakfast Attendants are responsible for assembling and disassembling breakfast buffets, and ensuring that the buffet remains well-stocked at all times. In full-service establishments, Breakfast Attendants receive orders from customers, communicate these to the kitchen staff, and clear tables.
